2003 - - - Started getting into anime/manga style artwork around 2001 or 2002 but I didn't have any scans of that artwork so I posted what artwork I had scanned from my 2003-2004 High School art class.
2004 - - - First one was a linolium print I made in High School and the others were sketches I did while at University that fall.
2005 - - - Working mostly in pencil still but attempted digital art in the 2nd picture. It was a half-assed attempt on my laptop while camping on vacation with my family. I didn't really like it. Not a lot of art since I studied in Japan that fall and into the spring of the next year. Japan > drawing LOL
2006 - - - Still doing pencil drawings but slowly moving into digital. Any digital I did was utalizing the pentool in Photoshop and doing so with my pointing stick on my laptop. I hate touchpads OMG. And mouses were annoying.
2007 - - - Starting to get the hang of pentool now. Also trying to mix digital drawings with digital. Tried my hand at decorating a cake for the first time and also took a Black & White photography class over the summer. Got my tablet in December only did one picture with it before the new year.
2008 - - - Mostly digital by this point. Trying my hand at fandom (APH) and this is when my attempts at chibis first made their invasion as Christmas gifts to friends.
2009 - - - Entirely digital by choice (preferrably SAI), worked traditionally only for drawing/illustration class. Realized how much I hate traditional art's limitations and lack of layers/undo features. TinierMe and *HamletMachine's StarFighter are my obsession. Chibis take over my gallery at this point.
I have no artistic consistency. I'm easily influenced by artists I admire and their styles. I also tend to dabble in so many other artistic mediums as well. Digital, charcoal, cake decorating, wood working, clay/pottery, sewing... ANYTHING I CAN GET MY TINY LIL HANDS ON. Artistically I have no idea where I'm going so I do anything I can whenever I can;;; I hope to someday get some kind of consistency with my art. Maybe even have an art "style" for once, that might be nice to have.
